Step into the celestial realm with “Le Festin des Dieux” (The Feast of the Gods), a mesmerizing oil painting by Dutch artist Jan van Bijlert. Created around 1635–1640, this masterpiece captures a divine banquet on Mount Olympus, celebrating the union of Thetis, a nereid, and Peleus, king of Phthia. Amidst a gathering of Greco-Roman gods, Apollo is crowned and strums his lyre, while Minerva, Diana, Mars, Venus, and Love grace the scene. On the right, Hercules, Neptune, and Eris make their presence felt. In the foreground, a dancing satyr and Bacchus indulge in grapes, adding a touch of revelry to this ethereal moment.

On premium prints I apply with brush a relief texture with colorless gel, using transparent artistic paint for relief and shine. Following all this, the hand finished textured canvas print becomes a vivid piece of art, really close in appearance and sensation to the original artwork. SHIPPING: This print art will be ready to be packed and shipped directly from my studio in 3 business days. Every item is professionally packed in a cardboard box or rolled in a solid tube (art paper and photo paper and large canvas 80x80 cm and 90x90 cm). Frames and mats not included. Transit time will take up to 10-20 working days for international shipment and 2-5 working days in Norway.
