This is a high Hand Finished 3D Print of William Clarkson Stanfield oil painting “Battle of Trafalgar”, painted in 1871.
Each print is created on 100% archival cotton canvas using archival inks to guarantee that they last a lifetime without fading or loss of color. Combination of satin coated artistic canvas and 12 colors archival inks produces outstanding prints that feature brilliant colors, deep blacks, striking contrasts and and impressive pictorial depth, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance.

PLEASE NOTE, that canvas will be delivered rolled in a solid tube (not stretched on wooden bars).

Transparent oil is being used to add relief layers and glamour, which increases the influence of the canvas print by PRESERVING THE ORIGINAL COLOURS. Delicate relief strokes are added using a brush in my atelier. Following all this, the hand finished textured canvas print becomes a vivid piece of art, really close in appearance and sensation to the original artwork.
